The cost of delivery
The delivery fee is 7 Euro anywhere in the country. Delivery is free for orders whose total value exceeds 100 Euro .
For orders under 20 Euro an order processing fee of 1 Euro applies.
The orders are being delivered through DPD or DHL courier companies within 2-5 working days from the placement date.
* During promotional campaigns and legal holidays, there may be delays of up to 30 days in the delivery of orders due to the large volume of orders received or the agglomeration of deliveries through the national courier companies.
If the package cannot be delivered, it stays at the local courier for 7 days, during which time the delivery is attempted, after which it returns to the Seller .
If the ordered products are not available in stock for delivery, we will inform you by email and refund your value if you have paid for the order online.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. Thus, according to GEO no 34/2014, the return period of a good expires within 14 days from the moment when the Buyer came into possession of the good.

xpertbeauty.com respects the provisions of the Emergency Ordinance no 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers within the distance contracts, which gives the buyer the right that within 14 days after receiving all the purchased products, to return them, without penalties and without invoking any reason. According to the provisions of this ordinance, the products can be returned only if they are in the same state in which they were delivered, including the packaging. The money is returned within 14 days, except for the promotional campaigns and legal holidays, when the delay can be up to 30 days. The amounts paid are refunded to a bank account.
It is not accepted the return of products that have forms of consumption or wear, with the unpacked or unsealed packaging, which presents physical changes, strokes, breakage, scratches, shocks, etc.
Please note that the return is not accepted if the products are tested / tried. Although some of the products are not sealed, they are shipped as they come from the manufacturer, during the verification procedure they find out if they have been unpacked and tested, and the return is not accepted. THE PRODUCTS MARKETED ONLINE ARE NOT TESTED, so please be aware that you are choosing exactly the right shade / desired product.
