This document lays down the terms and conditions in which you can use the website www.xpertbeauty.com. You hereby represent and warrant to the Company that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the Service of the site, they shall do so only with the involvement & guidance of their parents and/or legal guardians, under such Parent/Legal guardian's registered account. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with a Xpert Beauty purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for xpertbeauty.com purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in 14 calendar days, without specifying any reason.

Therefore, you can return any product you ordered from our online store, in 14 calendar days, without penalties and without giving any reason why you took this decision. The denunciation of the contract can only be done in written form. The only condition is that the product has to be returned in the same condition it was delivered (in the original packaging along with the invoice and the receipt). You will receive the refund (in your bank account ) in maximum 14 days from the moment the package arrives back at us.

The return fee is paid entirely by the Consumer, in case the return is not SEELSTER BEAUTY DISTRIBUTION’s fault. Shipping fee is not refundable.

You can not return products which, because of hygiene reasons, cannot be resold. Our Company will bear the shipping fees and we will send you the product you need once we receive the package. In case that product isn’t available, we will send you a refund or you will have the possibility to choose other products from our website within the amount paid to us.

If you ordered a product by mistake, you can exchange the product, but only if the product is sealed and undamaged. Shipping fees are beard by the Customer.

For returns and exchanges, you have to send an email to shop@xpertbeauty.com. Within the email, you have to mention the order number and the reason of the return, so we will know if the fees are beard by the Company or by the Customer. You will be contacted as soon as possible after processing the request.

At the same time, you have the right to deny the processing of your personal data and to ask for your data to be deleted.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting the website, the user agrees that any usage of the website is to be governed in accordance with Romanian laws, whereas the level of jurisdiction is represented by the common law instances from Romania, from the headquarters radius, from Bucharest. The website can be accessed both from Romania and outside of Romania; accessing the website outside Romania is exclusively the responsibility of the Customer.
