Fidelity Program

Loyalty points are those value points accumulated for the orders placed on the website.

The value of the points and orders contains VAT.

People who can participate in this program of granting loyalty points are the clients who have an account on our site and a valid email address.

For every 1 Euro spent in shop, you get 1 loyalty point.

Example: Collecting points, you can receive discounts or gifts with high value in the case of purchases of high-value products, depending on the discount level at which you are currently. The discount rates do not apply at L’Oreal Professionnel, Kerastase, Wella Professionals and Olaplex brands

Anytime, you can access the loyalty points through your account. The classification at a certain level and the transition to the upper / lower level will be automated, according to the accumulated points related to the actions taken on the site and / or the expiration of the validity of the current points.

The validity of the loyalty points related to an order is 12 months from the moment of their acquisition.

Loyalty points will give you the opportunity to fit into a certain level of loyal customers who benefit of different discount rates.

You receive points at the final value of the invoice / shopping cart, more precisely at the value resulting after applying the vouchers or other discounts. The client will have a number of points which may vary depending on the expiry date of the points (valid 12 months). If a client no longer has the required number of points related to the level at which it was registered, it will automatically be downgraded to the lower level.

The value of points and orders includes VAT. Accumulated points cannot be converted into money and are not transferable. In case of return, the points accumulated for the returned product are canceled.

SEELSTER BEAUTY DISTRIBUTION is deprived of any responsibility for all consequences, direct or indirect, of the possible malfunctions of the loyalty program. SEELSTER BEAUTY DISTRIBUTION will, however, make efforts to preserve the clients' accounts in case of dysfunctionalities so that they can benefit from the points accumulated until at that moment. Any disputes that have arisen between SEELSTER BEAUTY DISTRIBUTION and the participants in this fidelity program will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts from the SEELSTER BEAUTY DISTRIBUTION headquarters.

By participating in this Program, customers confirm that they have become aware of and agree to comply with all the provisions, terms and conditions of this Regulation and of the online store www.xpertbeauty.com.

SEELSTER BEAUTY DISTRIBUTION reserves the right to change the rules and manner of granting and using bonus points, without prior warning.
