By browsing the website, you can select the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. That button is next to each product on the website. You can add as many products as you want, within the limit of the available stock, by following the procedure described above. If you want more pieces of a particular product, change the number of desired pieces in the field where the quantity is indicated, then click on the symbol next to the update.

To remove a product from your shopping cart, click the "Delete item" button located in the order table.

How to place order?

Orders can be placed online at any time.

1. To order the products is enough to add it to the basket and follow the following steps: fill in the name, first name, and delivery date and choose the payment method. Fields marked with are mandatory. In case you want to create an account, before completing the order, you can choose "Create an account to use later", add a password for the account, and complete the order. Creating an account helps you keep your favorite products in your cart, order more easily, and receive information about promotions and offers.
2. If you already have an account on xpertbeauty.com , log in, add the products to the cart, check the delivery details, and select the payment method.
3. After you have followed the steps described above, carefully read the data you entered and click on the "Send order" button.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with the receipt of your order. Please check the correctness of the order.
5. The account details will remain registered and you will not have to enter them again in case of a new order unless you want to change the delivery address.

How can you modify or cancel an order?

If you change your mind before clicking on the order completion button "Order completion", you can remove the products you no longer want to buy from the shopping cart, or change the details related to the delivery or the payment method.

If you have already placed the order, it can no longer be modified, it can only be canceled.

In case you ordered the wrong product or filled in the wrong address, the order must be canceled and you will place the order again with the correct data and products.
